Heat mat system installed in Watford

Following a leak which led to the flooring being fully removed in a home in Watford – There were saturated concrete floors which required a lot of drying before the hardwood floor could be relaid.

After our Rainbow technicians accessed the situation they came forward with a plan of action, installing a heat mat which are an effective method for drying concrete floors or if there is an isolated area which needs to be targeted.

Today our technicians attended the property, mapped the concrete floor to find out exactly which areas required drying and proceeded to install the heat mats to target this area, we are hoping to have this concrete floor to be dry in a couple of weeks, if the relative humidity of the floor reaches an acceptable level the floor can be reinstated with another happy customer.
